Dr. Jason Kouri, MD | Medical Director
Dr. Jason Kouri graduated magna cum laude from Univ. of California at Irvine in 1991 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences. He continued his graduate education at the School of Medicine at University of California, San Diego where he received his MD degree with honors in 1996. Dr. Kouri entered the US Navy as a Family Practice intern and went on to become a General Medical Officer. He spent most of his time in the Navy caring for Marines and Sailors on land and at sea while attached to a Marine Expeditionary Unit. Upon honorable discharge, Dr. Kouri joined a Family Practice on an American Indian reservation for 5 years caring for patients with diabetes from several reservations in Southern California. He changed his focus to Integrative Medicine in 2005. He continues to train in leadership and wellness in preparation for the challenges of an aging population. Dr. Kouri is married and has 5 boys. He enjoys bicycling, soccer, hiking, and spending time with his awesome wife and boys.
Alison Karimi, RN | Injector | Inwood Village + The Hill
Born and raised in Dallas, Alison is proud to call Texas home. She graduated from Trinity Valley Community College with her nursing degree in 2011. For the past 8 years, she has worked in the operating room, with a special focus on orthopedic and plastic surgery. She has always been interested in medical aesthetics and decided to pursue her passion by gaining certification in advanced neuromodulators and dermal fillers at the National Laser Institute. She has been an aesthetic injector since 2018 and enjoys helping her patients look and feel their best with a customized care plan. Alison’s hobbies include cycling, traveling, and most recently, floriculture.
Melissa Schnelle, LVN | Injector | Pearl
A longtime valued member of the San Antonio medical community, Melissa Schnelle is a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and a “Master Injector” who has worked in plastic surgery and in the cosmetic industry. She graduated from Galen College of Nursing and has been practicing for 15 years. She is an experienced injector and facial mapping artist, who enjoys working with both men and women to help them achieve their aesthetic goals.

Bella Clifton, RN | Injector | Plano + The Star
Originally from Oklahoma City, Bella graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2019 and began her career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Though she has loved her time in the NICU, she has always had a passion for medical aesthetics and skincare. After moving to Dallas in late 2020 she decided to become certified in advanced injectables from the National Laser Institute. She began working with Hiatus in 2021 and loves to help her patients attain their goals ensuring they feel like their best selves. Bella is currently studying for her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, exercising, and traveling.
Trianna Cordova, MSN, FNP-C | Injector | Austin
Trianna Cordova is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin. She worked as a Registered Nurse in the emergency room and plastic surgery prior to graduating top of her class with a Master of Science in Nursing from Texas State University. With an interest in medical aesthetics, she continued her education by receiving certification in advanced injectables from The National Laser Institute and Texas Laser Institute. Trianna focuses on creating customizable, results-driven treatment plans to help each client reach their anti-aging goal and maintain natural, long-lasting results. She looks forward to connecting with you to help you achieve your anti-aging and aesthetic goals.
Liz Verduzco, RN | Injector | Plano + The Star
Dallas native, Liz graduated with her BSN from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has been a perioperative nurse for 5 years, specializing in cosmetic and orthopedic surgery. She expanded her knowledge in the cosmetic industry while attending the Texas Laser Institute and became certified in injectables. Her goal is to help guests enhance their natural beauty and age gracefully. She enjoys event planning and traveling in her spare time.
