What to expect when you're relaxing...

BEFORE
Please arrive no later than 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. This allows for a stress-free check-in, a change of clothes, and a time to enjoy our relaxation area with a cup of calming tea. To accommodate every guest at Hiatus, we may shorten appointment times due to late arrivals.

Please advise the staff of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service. Your health and well-being are of the utmost importance to us. We reserve the right to reschedule waxing appointments if the service may pose a threat to existing skin conditions

Cancellations: We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, and a credit card number is required to hold a reservation. Group reservations of 3 or more people require cancellation 72 hours in advance. Missed appointments will be charged in full to the credit card with which they were held; appointments canceled within the 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the service fee.

DURING
Once you arrive at the spa and are checked in, make your way to our lockers rooms, where you may undress to your comfort level and put on a robe and slippers. Please remove any jewelry that may interfere with your service and leave it locked securely in your locker.

High touch, low tech: This is a place of wellness where people come to decompress and escape the craziness of the outside world. We kindly ask that you go into "Hiatus Mode" by turning off your cell phone ringer and leaving it in your personal locker.

AFTER

Tips on Gratuity: Many of our H-Circle members and guests have asked for guidance in regards to gratuity. If you are pleased with your service, a customary 15-20% gratuity, based on pre-discounted, standard pricing is suggested.
