Dr. Jason Kouri, MD | Medical Director
Dr. Jason Kouri graduated magna cum laude from Univ. of California at Irvine in 1991 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences. He continued his graduate education at the School of Medicine at University of California, San Diego where he received his MD degree with honors in 1996. Dr. Kouri entered the US Navy as a Family Practice intern and went on to become a General Medical Officer. He spent most of his time in the Navy caring for Marines and Sailors on land and at sea while attached to a Marine Expeditionary Unit. Upon honorable discharge, Dr. Kouri joined a Family Practice on an American Indian reservation for 5 years caring for patients with diabetes from several reservations in Southern California. He changed his focus to Integrative Medicine in 2005. He continues to train in leadership and wellness in preparation for the challenges of an aging population. Dr. Kouri is married and has 5 boys. He enjoys bicycling, soccer, hiking, and spending time with his awesome wife and boys.
Alison Karimi, RN | Injector | Inwood Village + The Hill
Born and raised in Dallas, Alison is proud to call Texas home. She graduated from Trinity Valley Community College with her nursing degree in 2011. For the past 8 years, she has worked in the operating room, with a special focus on orthopedic and plastic surgery. She has always been interested in medical aesthetics and decided to pursue her passion by gaining certification in advanced neuromodulators and dermal fillers at the National Laser Institute. She has been an aesthetic injector since 2018 and enjoys helping her patients look and feel their best with a customized care plan. Alison’s hobbies include cycling, traveling, and most recently, floriculture.
Melissa Schnelle, LVN | Injector | Pearl
A longtime valued member of the San Antonio medical community, Melissa Schnelle is a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and a “Master Injector” who has worked in plastic surgery and in the cosmetic industry. She graduated from Galen College of Nursing and has been practicing for 15 years. She is an experienced injector and facial mapping artist, who enjoys working with both men and women to help them achieve their aesthetic goals.

Bella Clifton, RN | Injector | Plano + The Star + The Hill
Originally from Oklahoma City, Bella graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2019 and began her career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Though she has loved her time in the NICU, she has always had a passion for medical aesthetics and skincare. After moving to Dallas in late 2020 she decided to become certified in advanced injectables from the National Laser Institute. She began working with Hiatus in 2021 and loves to help her patients attain their goals ensuring they feel like their best selves. Bella is currently studying for her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, exercising, and traveling.
Jadyn Donahue, RN | Injector | Plano + Fort Worth
Originally from Madison, WI, Jadyn obtained her BSN before making Texas her home. For the past five years, she has specialized in pediatrics before embarking on her journey in aesthetics in 2022. Jadyn’s passion for beauty and enhancing natural features drives her in the ever-evolving aesthetic industry. She values continuous education to best serve her patients, and deliver optimal results. Outside of work, Jadyn keeps herself busy with group fitness classes, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending quality time with her fur baby.
Marcia Gamez, DNP | Injector | Fort Worth + The Star
Marcia Gamez is a Board Certified Advance Practice Nurse. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993. She then went on to obtain a Masters in Nursing from Texas Christian University in 2004 and a Doctorate degree In Nursing from UT Health Science Center in Houston in 2015. The majority of her nursing career has been spent in the operating room doing a wide range of surgical procedures. With an interest in medical aesthetics, she continued her education by receiving certification in advanced injectables from The National Laser Institute and Texas Laser Institute
Lynn Cheng, RN | Injector | Houston
Lynn earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University. She is a certified Aesthetics Nurse Injector who genuinely enjoys helping clients feel their best as she loves studying facial features and enhancing natural beauty. Through personalized consultations, Lynn listens intently to your concerns, crafting a custom treatment plan that aligns with your aspirations. Her expertise is matched by her approachable demeanor, making your aesthetics journey a comfortable and empowering experience. In her free time, Lynn is a huge foodie and loves to try out new restaurants in Houston. She is also bilingual in Mandarin and English.
