We’re thrilled to announce that Hiatus Day Spa • Med Spa is upgrading our booking software.
This change will enhance your experience with us and streamline our scheduling and management processes to serve you better. Starting Monday, June 17, 2024, we’ll be migrating from MindBody Online to Zenoti, a leading platform in the wellness industry.
This is Phase One of the migration so we’ll roll this out at our San Antonio and Austin locations first with our North Texas and Houston locations to follow in July. We’re confident that this upgrade will bring numerous benefits to you, our valued H-Circle Members and guests.

°More Grinning, Less Spinning: The new system is stacked with more robust and efficient booking features to get you booked and rejuvenated asap.
°Relaxation on the Regular: Now you can schedule standing appointments as our books open for the whole year.
°Personalized Service: To enhance your experience further, you’ll now be able to select add-ons when you book your services as well as multiple services at once.
°Check in, Tap Out: Introducing Apple Pay and Tap to Pay options. Our revamped check-in and check-out processes for Spa Services and Med Spa treatments will ensure a swift and effortless arrival and departure, allowing you to maximize your precious relaxation time.
°Stay Connected with Two-Way Texting: Need to reach us before your visit or have a question about your service? No problem! We’re introducing two-way SMS texting, offering a convenient and immediate way to get in touch with our spa team.
°Stay Hydrated: Now you can book Hydrafacials services online

°Med Spa in a Click: That’s right! You’ll be able to schedule your Med Spa treatments online.
°App Update: Finally! A new user-friendly scheduling system and app to improve your booking experience that works. If you have our current app, delete it from your device and we’ll send communication when the new one is ready to download.
°Seamless Waivers & Forms: You’ll be able to fill out ONE form, once a year that will be applicable for all spa services. Complete everything effortlessly online before your visit, saving you valuable time at the spa.
How will this migration work?
°Your login username will be the same and you’ll just need to quickly reset your password to access your new Zenoti account. Access your account from the “My Account” button on the home page of our website starting Monday, June 17, 2024.
°Your current appointments and account information will seamlessly migrate. We do ask that you check to make sure all of the information looks correct on your end.
°Online booking will be down for Austin and San Antonio starting at 5:00 pm on Sunday, June 16 and resume at 9:00 am on Monday, June 17, 2024.
