During the Memorial Day Weekend, Central Texas saw some of the worst flooding the area has ever experienced. Flood waters along the Blanco River in Wimberley rose to unprecedented levels, taking the lives of several families, displacing 1,000 residents and destroying or damaging hundreds of homes.
Now that the emergency response efforts are winding down, Wimberley is concentrating on long-term recovery.
All Hiatus Spa locations are raising much-needed funds for the Barnabas Connection, a Wimberley nonprofit organization that has partnered with the city of Wimberley to provide relief for flood victims. Through the end of July make a donation of $25 or more and receive our gift to you, the “More Massage Please” add-on of ten minutes to any Hiatus service. 100% of proceeds goes to the Barnabas Connection.
