Q Will the entire spa be ours?
A Depending on the size of your group, we can host a private event most weeknights, Monday-Friday. Weekdays and weekends require special advance planning; please send inquiry to Dallas @ hiatusspa.com or call the spa at 214.352.4111 for more information.
Q Is there a fee for a private party or spa buy-out?
A Private use of the spa incurs a $300/hour venue fee. Please inquire with the Group Sales Coordinator, at Dallas @ hiatusspa.com, for more details.
Q Is there a deposit?
A A 50% deposit is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due at completion of the party. Private parties may be canceled up to 10 days prior to the event without penalty. If the party is canceled less than 10 days prior to the event, 50% of the deposit is forfeited.
Q Which services are offered for spa parties?
A We will customize your special event to your liking; just tell us what you have in mind! Facials, massage, makeup lessons, groups stations and even tarot card readings; your wish is our command.
Q Is gratuity included in the services?
A If your spa-party includes 6 or more, an automatic 20% gratuity on all services at the pre-discounted rate will be included.
Q Are food and drinks provided?
