Online Booking

For your convenience, we are pleased to offer online scheduling, 24 hours a day for H-Circle members and guests. For Austin book here and for Dallas book here. Online booking for same-day appointments is available 4+ hours before the desired appointment time.

If it is your first time to schedule online, you will be asked to create a new user login and password. Return guests will be asked to login with email and password. All online bookings require credit card information at time of scheduling. Please review our cancellation policy before booking.

Online Scheduling Guide

To book an appointment, select the “appointments” tab on the top right-hand navigation bar. Select the type of service you would like to book. You may search for available appointments by service provider or service type; some services such as body treatments may not be available for online scheduling. Please call the spa if you require assistance.
